The 2025 PGA Tour season kicks off this week in Hawaii with The Sentry, the big-money signing event on the tour’s schedule. Here’s everything you need to know.
How to watch Sentry
Sentinel is the first of eight signature events and consists of 60 of the best players in the game. That said, Scottie Scheffler number 1 in the world habit be present because he had to miss his stop in Hawaii due to suffered an injury during the holidays.
However, the odds are still good, including 37 players in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Rankings – Xander Schauffele (No. 2), Collin Morikawa (No. 4), Ludvig Aberg (No. 5), Hideki Matsuyama (No. 6), Wyndham Clark (No. 7) and Viktor Hovland (No. 8) are among the top 10 and five players who were multiple winners last season.
Chris Kirk is the defending champion and one of three previous winners in this field.

Sentry 2025 can be viewed online via Peacock AND PGA Tour live on ESPN+. ESPN+ will provide exclusive group coverage on all four days of the tournament, from 12:30 to 22:00 on Thursday, from 12:45 to 22:00 on Friday and from 13:00 to 20:00 on the weekend. Peacock will offer simulcasts of Golf Channel television broadcasts.
