Liverpool want a versatile Premier League attacker

It would be unfair on the club to release a player after only signing in the summer transfer window.

Chiesa deserves a chance to prove himself with an extended run in the lineup. His services may not be needed at the moment but with some injuries things can change quickly and the Reds know better than any other club how a team can suffer from an injury crisis.

His time will come soon but the player needs to work on his fitness and show the manager during training that he is ready to challenge his teammates for a place in the starting line-up.

in January, Slott’s side will focus on arranging contracts Among their players are Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk.
