Plettenberg said: “Manchester United’s efforts to sign Randall Kolo Mouani are becoming more concrete!
“The Red Devils are now determined to do everything possible to secure his transfer in the winter. He has recently held very concrete talks with management and direct talks with PSG are expected to follow.
“#MUFC is considering a loan deal, preferably with an option to buy.
“Other clubs still in the race include Chelsea, Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur, Juventus, AC Milan and others.”
Despite this, former Manchester United defender Paul Parker believes they should target a new full-back and he is considered an ideal signing.
