Chelsea weakened one of their Premier League rivals with a key decision made in the January transfer window.

The Standard reports that Chelsea will want to sell Chalobah in the summer, and the 25-year-old will be counted as a pure profit for the club. This would allow them to make more signatures without risking violating the rules.
However, Chalobah’s contract expires in 2028, so it may be more expensive Transfer market only values it at £10 million.
