The 55-year-old South African finished with a 6-under 66 on Sunday at Hualalai to finish the competition with a score of 18-under 198.
Langer, 67, squandered an early chance to win for the 19th straight time on the 50-plus tour. Playing in the final group with Els and Cejka, he parred the final four holes for a 66.
The German star won the season-ending Charles Schwab Cup championship last year for a record 47th senior title.
Jimenez finished the tournament with a 64 and Cejka with a 68. Langer and Jimenez each won the event three times.
Last season, Els won three times. He is a four-time major champion, winning the US Open and Open Championship twice.
Rod Pampling was tied for 15th with an 11-under 70, while fellow Australian Mark Hensby (66) shot further back.
