Guess who’s joining Kendrick Lamar on Super Bowl halftime? None other than the Grammy Award-winning singer SZ.
Lamar and Apple Music released a trailer on Thursday showing him walking on a football field, after which SZA came up from behind and playfully splashed the rapper. Lamar and SZA will host the halftime ceremony at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9.
SZA is Lamar’s former Top Dawg Entertainment collaborator. His appeared latest album “GNX” and appeared on several songs, including “Gloria” and “Luther”, which also featured vocal samples from Luther Vandross and Cheryl Lynn through to “If This World Were Mine”.
