January 24 – The Bulgarian Professional Football League (BPFL) has agreed a sponsorship with one of the newest entrants to the Bulgarian online betting market, BT.BG.
The bookmaker will be the official partner of the Bulgarian Super Cup final, which pits Bulgarian champions Ludogorets against National Cup winners Botev Plovdiv.
No price was given for the Comp deal but BPFL said it expects the partnership between the two parties to continue in the future.
“The Bulgarian Professional Football League is pleased to announce BET.BG as an official partner of the Bulgarian Super Cup – the prestigious sporting event that pits the country’s champions and national cup winners against each other in a spectacular derby. The new betting operator Bet.BG demonstrates its commitment to developing sports and promoting its values,” a BPFL statement said.
The Super Cup match will be played on February 4 at the Hristo Botev Stadium in Plovdiv. Bulgarian league champions Ludogorets Razgrad will face Bulgarian Cup winners Botev Plovdiv.
“The partnership between BT.BG and the Bulgarian Professional Football League aims to promote local football and enrich the experience for fans,” BPFL said.
