Wales appointed the unarmed props Typreys, Ben Warren, to the team of six nations after Willigiff John was excluded from the Friday match opening against France in Paris.
John, 32, did not undergo a head injury assessment after leaving the pitch in the first half of the Premiership of England, in which the Sale Sharks team won 32:23 failure with Bath on Sunday.
John was one of the three tough guys, which were initially mentioned in the composition of Warren Gatland, next to Keiron Assratti with Cardiff and Henry Thomas of Scarlets.
Warren (24 years old) will become the fourth option in a 35-person composition.
The T -shirt with number three creates problems for Wales, because Archie Griffin with Bath is not available because of the shoulder surgery, and Leon Brown has recently retired.
John has not been playing in the national team of Wales since 2021, and in the match against Bath he appeared for the second time in the colors of Sale this season, replacing him with four subsequent performances.
Assratti was the second choice after Griffin during the autumn matches of international Wales, and Thomas was an unused team member when Wales ended 2024 without a victory.
Harlequins, Dillon Lewis, was replaced last Friday during the winning match against Northampton, but was not included.
