David De Gea helped Fierentina to victory over Lazio on Sunday evening with a great save to deny a fine effort from Adam Marusic in the fifth minute of injury time to end a run of seven matches without a win.
viola 2-1 win at the Stadio Olimpico On Sunday evening, Yasin played the last half hour with 10 men following Adley’s red card. The former Milan midfielder opened the scoring, followed by a second from Lucas Beltran before Marusic pulled one back in the 92nd minute.

With the result still not secured in injury time and his team at a numerical disadvantage, De Gea had to pull off a big save to deny Marusic again in the 95th minute to help Fierentina to victory.

Marusic’s effort was well-damaged, bent in the air and destined for the far corner had it not been for a flying save from the former Manchester United stopper.
Fierentina’s victory over Lazio helped end a run of seven games without a win in all competitions and was also the Viola’s first win in Serie A since a 1–0 victory over Cagliari on 8 December.
