The draw for the Champions League knockout round is coming up at a new format layout for the 2024-25 season on Friday. Here is what you need to know about the play-offs, knockout draws, competitive teams and how to follow the action as soon as it is revealed.

When is the drawing of the Champions League?

Draws for the 2024-25 Champions League play-offs and knock-out rounds will be held on Friday, January 31 and will start at 11.00 GMT (12.00 CET).

How does a draw work and who is involved?
