Mitchell Marsh was excluded from the upcoming Trophy of Men ICC masters due to persistent pain and dysfunction of the lower back.
The National Selection Panel (NSP) and the Australian Men’s Medical Team decided after Marsha’s injury did not react to rehabilitation. His back pain has deteriorated in recent weeks, which prompted a long -term approach to ensure full recovery.
Marsh will now undergo an extended period of rest and rehabilitation as part of his return plan. Selektors will soon meet to determine his deputy.
The last date of submitting the team for the ICC men’s trophy is Wednesday, February 12.
