Manuel Neur Bayern signed a one -year contract with Munich.
His current agreement was supposed to end at the end of this season, but he would now be with the Bavarian giants at the end of 2025-26, crossing his 40th birthday in Bayern on the 15th season.
Near joined Bayern from Shall on the 21st and has since then made 547 presence in all competitions, which is the seventh of all the players in the club’s history.
He also kept a record breaking 168 clean sheet in Bundesliga.
The goalkeeper, who was the captain of Bayern since 2017, won the Bundesliga, DFB-Pocal and Champions League (2013 and 2020) twice.
Overall, he won five Bundesliga titles, five DFB-Pocal and six DFL-Suparkaps, as well as the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup twice.
