Manchester City operates sponsorship deals against new rules against the Premier League that has launched a new legal challenge on “void”.
Last year, after a separate arbitrator panel champions, the league -related party transactions (APTS) aspects were seen to be illegal.

“Manchester City FC has tried to declare that amendments approved by clubs in November (and therefore the current APT rules are applied to force) is illegal and ineffective.
“The Premier League remains strongly in this view that the amendments passed in November were legal and the APT rules comply with the requirements of all competition laws.
“We consider that the new arbitration has to be resolved as soon as possible and agreed that the same tribunal should be appointed to listen to the new case. The parties are currently related to further directions.
“APT rules are completely effective and impact and the clubs are necessary to adhere to all aspects of the system” “
