Lindelof is said to be open to a move away from Old Trafford, with several Premier League and Italian sides interested in his services.
Lindelof isn’t the only player who could leave, with United also willing to let Marcus Rashford leave in January. The Englishman has been out of form this season and now Sir Jim Ratcliffe may be willing to let Rashford leave to raise cash. Rashford has not been a regular under Amorim and was left out of the squad for Sunday’s Manchester derby.
Now, according to Sky Sports reporter Sasha Tavoleri, Manchester United have made contact with Ademola Lookman’s entourage Regarding possible transfers. The 27-year-old has been playing for Italian side Atalanta since joining from RB Leipzig in August 2022.
Lookman has become an instant hit at Bergamo since joining, scoring 13 goals in 31 Serie A games in his first season, followed by 11 goals in 31 Serie A games so far this season , he has scored 8 goals in 13 Serie A games. Bayern Munich were also interested in Lookman but they trailed English sides in the competition, while PSG did reach a deal with Atalanta to sign Lookman, but the deal was rejected by head coach Luis Enrique. Atalanta are unwilling to discuss transfers for less than €50m (approximately £41m).
