Griff and Soria seal the tie
Incredible first half of football at the Coliseum. They started by hitting Getafe, who were already two up on the scoreboard if not for Griff, and continued to hit Mallorca who (the same), if not for Soria, would have been two up on the scoreboard. Very clear for both teams but effectiveness was conspicuous by its absence. However, Bordalas kept Yıldırım going until he was forced to retire, as Peter came on for him in the 37th minute. Very rare. We’ll see what’s in store for us in part two. There must be good football going on.
