13-year-old Lex Paeshuyse succeeds Luke Littler and is the new JDC world champion

Paeshuyse’s law crowned himself the winner of the JDC World Dart Championship. At Alexandra Palace, the 13-year-old player managed to win the final, making him the successor to Luke Littler.

Finals for years JDC World Championships Ally Pally was played. Top talents aged 10 to 17 played the qualifying rounds of the World Cup last month. There, Paeshuyse and his opponent Daniel Stephenson took the lead.

Paeshuyse was also in action earlier this month at the WDF World Youth Championships in Lakeside, where he managed to reach the semi-finals. This time he managed to take home the cup.

Under the watchful eye of Dimitri van den Bergh and Luke Littler, Paeshuyse managed to hold on to the shot before Stephenson made it 1-1. Paeshuyse then took the lead again with a 46 and then took a 3-1 lead with double 16s.

Paeshuyse then increased the lead to 4-1 and needed just one more match to become JDC World Champion. Paeshuyse then finished the fight with a beautiful score of 86. His average score was 90.85, and he barely missed the arrow for the double.
