Paolo Nebrida caused a seismic shock in 2025 PDC World Darts Championships and for a time it was his biggest victory in the tournament if he was eliminated Ross Smith.
Although he was soon taken over by Jeffrey de Graaf and defeated Gary Anderson, who he now faces, a big opportunity awaits the player known as “Pow”. He spoke after the match and dedicated it to his compatriot Sandro by Eric Sosinga who fell ill before he could get on stage to face Ian White.
He is in hospital and Nebrida said he would visit him when he spent Christmas in London thousands of miles away from his family. He has a great chance, but at the same time everything depends on his compatriot.
