Gary Stone climbed to the top of the table on Tuesday after winning four of his five matches on day two and looks set to book his place in Saturday’s final by reaching the final day of Group A on Wednesday.
Stone, who entered Tuesday’s match with eight points from the first day of Group A, won four games from five to return to the top of the table with wins over Ivan Springborg Poulsen, Adam Mould, James Welding and Marvin Van Velzen, his only defeat coming in match against Donny Scheurwater and has 16 points out of 20 possible so far.
Elsewhere, three players: Marvin Van Velzen, James Welding and Marvin Van Velzen, James Welding are Stone’s closest competitors, with the trio taking 2nd placeII3rd and 4vol 12 points each respectively, while Donny Scheurwater ranks 5thvol with 6 points, and Ivan Springborg Poulsen with 2 points.

The ADC Global Championship continues on Wednesday with six players returning on the final day of Group A hoping to increase their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s final, with Stone leading so far.
Players placed 2-6 will be split into two groups for Thursday and Friday play, with afternoon and evening sessions taking place on both days, with new players joining the fray.
The match will start on Wednesday at 9:30 GMT and will be broadcast live on The Modus YouTube channel or on the websites of various bookmakers around the world.
