India to host World Boxing Cup Final in November 2025

On Tuesday, India received the rights to host the 2025 Boxing World Cup final, the Boxing Federation of India (BFI) announced.

The ranking tournament, which will take place in November next year, will be the culmination of the three Boxing World Cups that took place earlier in 2025. This elite event will bring together the world’s best boxers who will fight for top honors or strengthen their world rankings.

Meanwhile, the World Boxing Congress 2025, which will also be held in India, will host stakeholders, officials and dignitaries from the global boxing community. The congress will be a platform to discuss key events, strategies and the future action plan for sport.

BFI President, Mr. Ajay Singh said, “It is a proud moment for India that World Boxing has recognized the organization of such prestigious events. This opportunity not only highlights India’s organizational excellence, but also underlines our unwavering commitment to ensuring that boxing remains an integral part of the Olympic movement.”
