The New York Jets, Cleveland Browns AND Jacksonville Jaguars the league announced Friday that each will host games played in London next season as part of the NFL’s growing number of international competitions.
The Jets and Browns will play at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, while the Jaguars will host the match at Wembley Stadium.
Both the Browns and Jets enter 2025 with an uncertain quarterback situation. Cleveland can’t wait to get back Deshaun Watson after suffering a season-ending Achilles tear in October, although the team is also expected to look to expand its quarterback spot via free agency or the draft, where the Browns have the second overall pick.
Meanwhile, the Jets face an uncertain future with the 41-year-old Aaron Rodgerswho said he would “think about my future in the game” after the team’s season finale on Sunday.
New York played in London this season, relegated to Minnesota Vikings 23-17. This will be the franchise’s fifth international match and fourth in London.
The Browns played in London once, losing 33-16 to the Vikings in 2017.
The Jaguars will continue their annual visit to Wembley Stadium, where they have signed an agreement with the NFL under which they have full responsibility for the game and oversee all operations. Over the past two seasons, the Jaguars have played back-to-back games in London – one as the host team at Wembley and the other as the away team at Tottenham.
Starting with the 2025 season, the NFL may host up to eight international regular-season games per year. The league had previously announced that in 2025 it would play its first regular-season game in Berlin and one in Madrid.
Opponents, game dates and kickoff times will be announced in the spring when the 2025 schedule is released.
