Mrs. Ker was with her partner West Ham midfielder Chrisi Mewis, when the incident happened.
The striker had earlier informed the court that the driver had taken the driver to Twicenham police station after “spit vomiting” from the window of his car and MS Mewis broke the back window because the driver closed the door.
At the station, Mrs. Kerr has been alleged that the PC has become “offensive and abusive” towards Lavel.
In the court on Thursday, Mrs. Kerke prosecutors asked if she was using PC Lavel’s “Sad to insult.”
He responded: “No, that’s what I didn’t mean.”
Prosecutor Bill Emilin Jones Casey told Mrs. Kar: “You chose to show her hostility because of her whiteness at the moment of expressing your enmity towards him as you thought he was foolish.”
To whom Mrs. Kar replied: “That’s what I didn’t mean.”
Mr. Emilin Jones replied: “All you have done isn’t that?”
“Yes. That’s what I did,” Mrs. Ker replied.
In the context of calling his PC Laval “Dumb and White”, the prosecutor asked Mrs. Kar: “What’s the relationship with anything in his race?”
Mrs. Ker replied: “I thought she was using her privileges and strengths on me because she thought me something that I am not.”
Later, he added: “I was trying to reveal that they never had to feel what we had just done because of their strengths and opportunities -for fear of our lives.”
