England last faced the Dutch in the Nations League in December 2023, winning 3-2 at Wembley after a 2-1 defeat in Utrecht two months earlier.
The last meeting between Wales and the Netherlands ended in a friendly 5-0 defeat in 2017.
Rhian Wilkinson’s side finished as the lowest-ranked nation – 30th on FIFA’s list – in the Euro 2025 draw, beating Ireland in the qualifying play-offs, ending a long wait to play in a major tournament.
England and Wales last met in the 2019 World Cup qualifiers.
