Ryan Kent, from Alnwick, Northumberland, hopes to set up a youth darts academy in his town.
“We noticed a lot of young people talking about Luke Littler and playing and the pubs were packed,” he said.
“People said we should create something for younger players, and I just thought I’d give it a try.
“We have a few places in mind, so if there’s interest, we’ll organize something and take the kids along to have some fun and see how it goes.”
