Full-back DZ Spence is also suspended for the 15:00 GMT kick-off against Wolves as Postecoglou says the injury crisis is the worst he has faced in his managerial career.
“There have always been problems at various times but not to this extent,” he added.
“I think we haven’t consistently had 10 first-team players available for significant games.
“We’ve been going through it for quite a while and crossing our fingers we don’t get any more problems, but with the nature of football and the fixture schedule we’ve had, we’ve always been on a fine line. Being able to get through
“It’s another test for us, but it is what it is, and whatever we have to deal with, we’ll deal with and get ready for Sunday.”
Forest’s defeat was Spurs’ ninth of the season and leaves them in 11th place in the Premier League.
They play Liverpool in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup next month and Postecoglou says he still feels supported by the club’s supporters despite pressure and criticism of his attacking style.
“They love their football club, they care about their football club and they want their football club to succeed,” the Australian said. “They show those feelings and emotions.
“I’ve felt nothing but support since I’ve been here. I still feel that support. I’ll continue to do what I think is right to bring success to this football club, that’s not going to change.”
