Robert Vilahamn is one of six men who are currently managing the Super League for women, but coach Tottenham wants to see more women in his position.
After the recent dates, Renee Sleger in Arsenal and Natalia Arroyo in Aston Villa has a division of 50-50, which replaced men who replaced men.
But the boss of Spurs, who is in his second season at the club in North London, says that he sees this as an obligation to create greater opportunities for women.

At the beginning of this month, he brought former international Mexico Bri Campos to his coaching staff, who was led by the senior assistant of coach Vicky Jepson, and Vilahamn was full of praise for the duo.
