Palace manager has worked on the elite level from the post-school club and Sunday morning.
He is inspired by former Spurs boss Karen Hills and Juan Carlos Amoros and believe in the fundamentals of grassroots football.
And his values remain the same, why he is not a coach at any level.
Kaminsky says, “You must be hungry to keep your body in line, to save big, stop counter -attacks, to show speed, aggression and intensity.”
“These things I like about football. When players take the steps to be brightened individually and when they go round in the top bin I like it!
“I have seen a lot of directors. People will always make mistakes so you can learn from them and make it into your brand I always know that I am able – but I didn’t hurry.
“It was the main thing to finish where I am now. I took my time. I just wanted to stay on the grass and work with good players. Finally it fell in place.”
In the day-to-day demands of being the WSL director, Kominsky allows a bit of fun.
He regularly monitors his players, encourages them to keep hobbies out of football – what he says is important in helping them to focus.
“I enjoy humor but it doesn’t affect my standards. All that does it is to encourage bonds and strengthen I think I think very readily available person,” he said.
“I want players and staff, every day, want to be here and want to know them worthy i want them to have great memories of this club.
“I never want to lose it Those these relationships and bonds are important and continues to fight with us every week.
“When I was working in grassroots football, it was relevant. It is the main topic of what we do” “
