Arsenal: Mikel Arteta eases Kieran Tierney injury fears on Arsenal return

Arsenal’s official website initially suggested it was an injury, but when asked about it in his post-match interview, Arteta replied: “It was cramp.”

On moving Tierney forward from his usual left-back role, the manager added: “He’s playing to his strengths. That’s something we have to learn from, because they give you a lot of information.

“They tell you sometimes not with their words, but with a lot of information, where they feel more comfortable and certainly have a better fit for that.”
