Antrim has not played Ulster SFC’s home game since 2013, until Cavana hosted in the spring of 2022. Later the same year, Cork hosted Cork in the initial quarter-finals of the All-Ireland in Corrigan Park.
McBride, wanting to generate excitement in the county, said that “much more than one match” and that players are united in their attitude.
“We have already said as players,” he added.
“We said that we devote too much to lie down. If it is not where it is to be, we will not play.
“We agreed with all this. It was not considered, it was not discussed, we just said that this is why we are standing and sticking to it. “
Manager Andy Mcentee agreed that this is a “clear possibility,” that Antrim would not meet the meeting if they were forced to play elsewhere.
The former head of Meath added that “it doesn’t matter” how many ARMAGH seasonal tickets sold.
