Callaway says the “future of performance” is coming in the form of the new 2025 Elyte lineup, which includes drivers, fairway woods, hybrids and irons.

The brand says their new Elyte irons are designed to deliver exceptional ball speed and forgiveness for every type of golfer. Four different models are available – standard Elyte, Elyte X, Elyte HL and Elyte Max Fast.
As you’d expect from Callaway, there are plenty of new pieces of technology that can be added to the new look, which we think makes for quite a big improvement cosmetically over the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoky iron.
Elyte irons feature a new Speed Frame design, using new design elements that allow for the addition of more urethane microspheres, improving sound and feel, as well as encouraging faster ball speeds.

Like Elite series of controllersThe irons feature the new Ai10x face, which offers ten times more control points than the previous Ai Smart Face, which is said to deliver faster ball speeds, tighter dispersion and improved launch across the disc.

The new three-sole design consists of three different sections that have been built to improve interaction with the turf. Sharper leading edges and trailing edges make entry and exit easier, while the center section provides greater forgiveness for better performance regardless of the lie.
The standard Elyte model is built for “total performance” and is best suited for golfers looking for distance, consistency and control.

The Elyte X features a larger profile and cavity design for maximum forgiveness. Increased offset, sole width and topline thickness make the irons ideal for golfers who want distance, forgiveness and an easy launch.

The Elyte HL is a high-travel model suitable for golfers who can benefit from a higher launch. The lofts are slightly weaker than the standard or X models, with AI face optimization designed to increase the launch angle to maximize carry distance and better stopping power.

Designed for golfers with slower swing speeds, the Elyte Max Fast features an ultra-lightweight design and an AI face optimized for faster ball speeds. It is designed to increase clubhead speed to give golfers greater carry distance and improved stopping power on the greens.

Available in retail from February 7, the new Elyte irons will retail at a retail price of £167 per iron for steel shafts and £175 per iron for graphite shafts.
