A town in northwest England is buzzing with excitement as one of its own prepares for the final of the 2025 World Darts Championship.
Warrington’s Luke Littler will face Michael van Gerwen next and excitement levels will be high.
Littler’s coach Karl Holden said winning the final would be a “dream come true”, adding that “everyone is looking forward to it”.
Littler, who was crowned BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year 2024 in December, he was trained by Karl Holden from St Helens Darts Academy from the age of nine.
