Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says he will “not give up” as he looks to turn around the champions’ recent form.
City, who have won six of the last seven Premier League titles, have won just one of their last 13 league games, losing nine.
It has put Guardiola under huge pressure, but he has vowed not to blame any of his players.
“I will try, I will continue,” he said before City Travel to Leicester on Sunday afternoon.
“I’m not going to give up. I want to be here. I want to do it and the situation we have, we have to do it.
“Of course I want it [to end the bad run]Everyone wants it. I don’t want to let my people down, the fans, who love this club, in terms of the club.
“I think we all want to do our job well and please people. That’s undeniable, not a question mark.
“The biggest test is coming back, but we’ve done it before.”
