Professor Mason said: “This huge loss will be carried by their family throughout their lives, it is a damage that is perceived by the Lysteri community.
“Families I would say that families have been a long journey to get the answers that your loved ones came for their death. It was a long journey. I hope you have your voice through this search.”
As soon as the conclusion is provided, Professor Mason said that he would “seriously consider” issuing “future death report” in the weeks, but will wait for the advice of industrial agencies.
He also praised the emergency service workers who responded.
Professor Mason added, “What I have heard in the proof and really participated with my own eyes … it is a very brave man and woman to deal with the consequences of this accident.”
