Oliver Glasner revealed that God bless you will be missed Crystal Palaceof Premier League Against Arsenal on Saturday.

The 26-year-old lasted just 59 minutes of Palace’s 3-2 defeat to Arsenal in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening.

Eze was suffering from a foot injury before that game and Glasner insisted the midfielder would not be risked for Arsenal’s visit to Selhurst Park this weekend.

‘We don’t have anyone back yet but we have another injury, so Ebbs is unavailable,’ Glasner said on Friday.

He suffered a leg injury against Brighton. He played with quite a swollen leg at the Emirates and got the next kick there too. So he is not 100%.

‘We need every player to be 100 per cent so it makes sense, we have decided he will be rested and hopefully available for Bournemouth. It doesn’t look serious, but you have to wear boots, kick the ball and it’s painful, it’s not so free of movement.

‘You always feel pain when you move and then you think too much about it and you don’t play how you can play.

“We need Eberechi to be the best he can be and so he needs to be as fit as any other player.”

Palace are currently 15th in the Premier League and put in a great display in their 3-1 win over Brighton last Sunday.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are third in the Premier League and six points behind Liverpool who have a game in hand.
