When a group of elite mid-am players crossed the ocean to play… Bridges Cup 2024 On Haesley in South Korea in October, competitors not only were they treated amazing golfthey also enjoyed exquisite dishes.
Which standout menu item turned out to be a real crowd favorite? Haesley Halfway House’s great menu includes pizza, which was a huge hit throughout the event.
What makes pizza so special? Haesley chef Ji Min Hyeok introduced his method to Simon Holmes.
First, Hyeok sprinkled the bottom of the dough with flour to prevent it from sticking together. He then stretched and flattened the dough, creating a slightly thicker crust around the edges.
Two ladles of thin tomato-based sauce were then added and spread evenly over the pizza dough, followed by a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and a few basil leaves. Hyeok then covered the surface of the pizza with thick strips of mozzarella cheese and poured extra virgin olive oil over it.

Once the toppings were ready, the pizza was ready to bake. After placing the pizza in the oven, Hyeok revealed that at 400 degrees Celsius, the pizza took less than two minutes to be perfectly cooked, making it the perfect snack to enjoy between nine.
