It has been reported that the Fenerbahce boss needs surgery abroad due to health problems.
However, Morneho insisted his followers had nothing to worry about.
Taking to Instagram with a video message, she said: ‘Happy holiday season everyone. May this time be filled with love and happiness for you and your family.
‘For those of you who have expressed concern, I can confirm that reports of my surgery have been exaggerated, it was just a quick and short procedure.
‘I will start training again on the first day back from holiday as usual. I’ve never missed a session in 25 years, and I don’t want to start now.
