Daniel Farke talks about Leeds’ transfer window
Through this, the head coach Yorkshire Evening Post: “At the moment we have two fit strikers: Joel Pirro and Mateo Joseph. it will be Having Patrick Bamford available is outstanding He will be out of action for another two weeks. We will assess the centre-back and striker positions.
“The rule is pretty clear: the quality has to be right, we don’t just add a number. It has to be of the right quality then the character has to fit the group, the attitude at the top level and the third thing is player affordability. Three things need to come together to make a signature.
“If there is a solution we will do it. I can deny that there is a player on January 31st, or that his club has agreed a transfer fee or a loan fee with four clubs, and he will choose who will pay the highest salary, I don’t believe it.
“I want the right quality and determination and am fully committed to what we want to achieve here at Leeds United.”
