Littler Favourite For Next 9-Darter

CHRISTIAN Kist threw nine darts on Wednesday, sparking interest in betting on whether it would be the only perfect leg seen at this year’s event.

According to data, Luke Littler has been named the player most likely to hit another nine in this year’s PDC World Championship William Hill.

Littler is the clear favorite to take nine darts in the tournament at odds of 4/1, ahead of Luke Humphries at odds of 11/1.

Close rivals are Gary Anderson and Michael van Gerwen (both on January 14), followed by Michael Smith, Gerwyn Price and Chris Dobey (both on January 16).

The 2025 World Championship has already featured one nine darter in the first rounds, increasing expectations for more to come, and the odds of over 1.5 nine darters are set at 8/13, while the price of over 2.5 is just 7/4.

“Christian Kista’s sensational nine-dart performance, the 15th perfect score in PDC World Championship history, set the stage for an electrifying tournament with plenty of darts still to play.

“The question is whether another nine player can be landed in this tournament, with Luke Littler the clear favorite to deliver one at 4/1, followed by Luke Humphries at 11/11.

“With one nine darters already scored at the start of the World Championship, we have 8/13 odds that at least one more will appear in the tournament, and over 2.5 at competitive odds of 7/4.”
