“I’ve been at the club for 20 years and I’ve signed four or five contract extensions but none of them have been fulfilled publicly – and they won’t be this time either.” Alexander-Arnold told Sky Sports News.

“His level of detail…I find myself smiling about it because that’s something I really enjoy,” Alexander-Arnold said.

“I knew from the first time I met him that I was going to love playing under him and being a part of it. I felt like I was going to get better, improve, learn a lot in such a short period of time, and “Keep learning because I can tell he’s obsessed with football and the level of detail is incredible.”
