Manchester United have reportedly received a “higher bid” for winger Alejandro Garnacho amid interest from Chelsea.
red devils are looking to sell expensive assets to fund their rebuild and Garnacho is one of the players they are considering offers for.
The 20-year-old’s status at United has grown since joining the Premier League giants from Atletico Madrid, so his sale would be a pure profit deal.

There are doubts about Ganancho’s ability to adapt to Amorim’s preferred 3-4-3 system, and it would certainly be better to sell him than to sell his youth training product Kobe Mainu.

Italian journalist Francesco Modugno slammed United’s request because he believes Ganaccio “will not be a starter” for Napoli.
“Garnacho is top of the list at Napoli, but if he lands in Campania he will not be a starter,” Modunho said.
“No new signing will come to Napoli to start the game. Manchester United wants €70 million for Grenache? For the Campania club, he is worth about half that amount.
“This means that the Neapolitans will not even negotiate for 70 million euros. If the requested amount is equal to 50 million euros, the Neapolitans may decide to discuss the issue.”
