Manchester United’s 2025/26 home kit is already on the horizon and fans may already be wishing this season would never happen again. The Red Devils were losing ground in mid-table after a disastrous start under Erik ten Hag and a difficult start to life at the club for new coach Ruben Amorim.
After successive defeats with Arsenal AND Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford, it is clear that the Portuguese has a big task ahead of him to create a successful team. Next summer is likely to be a busy one, provided the current crop of players don’t suddenly come alive.
The new season will, as always, bring renewed optimism, especially considering that this will be Amorim’s first full campaign and a chance for him to really make his mark on the team with his style and ideas. This will also mean a new kit, always up for debate United.
Manchester United’s home kit predictions for the 2025/26 season have been revealed
Football headlines have released their 2025/26 kit forecast, which includes an eye-catching print on the sleeves of the classic, minimalist red shirt.
The sleeve graphic is described as “inspired by Old Trafford” and paying “homage to the iconic stadium.” Sleeve prints are rare on United shirts, comparing the design to the 1996/98 home shirt famously worn by Eric Cantona.
This shirt is made by Umbro and the 2025-26 kit will be designed by Adidas. The sponsor will again be the Qualcomm Snapdragon brand, and the agreement with this mobile technology company is valid until 2029.
Footy Headlines boldly claims that next season’s home shirt will likely remain red, but adds that the accent color is currently unknown: it could be a darker red, black or white.
The cuffs and collar are more sheer, with both expected to feature black and white detailing to give the new jersey a distinctive look.
The 2024-2025 home shirt features white stripes on the shoulders and orange detailing on the sides. None of these elements are expected to be included in next season’s uniforms.
But the face of the shirt will likely remain largely unchanged: the traditional red, Snapdragon logo and club crest.
United fans hope the 2025-26 kit will be a memorable one as they look to return to the top First league under Amorim and end their long period of poor performance.
