Manchester United have reportedly made contact with Napoli-owned Victor Osimen, with a January loan deal in excess of €75m to break his Galatasaray loan.
The center forward was then sent on loan to Turkey in September A summer move to Chelsea and the Saudi Pro League fell apart.
He made a big impression, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists in 15 games between the Super League and Europa League.
Although he has a release clause in his contract which is set at €90m, and which will drop to €80m at the end of the season, it has been reported that Napoli will be ready to let him go in January for €75m.
There may also be a separate fee that the buying club must pay to Galatasaray for early termination of the loan.
Manchester United to Osimen and Napoli

According to Sacha Tavoliri, transfer expert at Sky Sports SwitzerlandThe latest club to have an eye on Osimhen is Manchester United.
It is claimed they have already made contact with his squad and agreeing personal terms with the Nigeria international would be ‘no problem’.
They are struggling badly in the Premier League and new coach Ruben Amorim wants a centre-forward who better suits his style of football.
Other January suitors for Osimen could include Paris Saint-Germain And possibly Juventus.
