Storm Eowyn is causing havoc up and down the country, with gale force winds and torrential rain.
And football Unaffected, with some serious damage from stadia conditions.
An SPFL game has already been called off due to storm damage, and parts of the roof of another club’s stadium have been blown away.
And now Rangers’ Ibrox Stadium has become the latest victim, with strips of the roof being cleaned in footage.
The pieces then flew off the building into the wind and fell to street level.
Fortunately for the Gers, their match this weekend is against Dundee United at Tannadice Park.
However, it remains to be seen whether any necessary repairs will be made in time for the visit of Union Saint-Gilois in Thursday’s final Europa League tie.
And it’s not Rangers’ first setback at home this season.
The summer redevelopment of the Copeland Stand at Ibrox continued into the campaign, resulting in the Gores playing ‘home’ matches against Motherwell, St Johnstone and Ross County at Hampden Park.
And earlier this month, fans chose to stay at Ibrox when the Union Bears staged a walk-out protest against the board at a game against St Johnstone.
Meanwhile, Storm have reportedly delayed Celtic’s attempts to sign Eoin Jota.
The Hoops are on the brink of a deal to bring the Portuguese winger back to the club Kyogo Furuhashi Replaced Rennes forward.
Jota was even due to fly to Glasgow last night to seal his deal, but stormy conditions meant the flight was cancelled.
By Anthony Joseph, Sky Sports reporter XEarlier on Twitter: “Renes winger Jota was due to fly to Glasgow last night ahead of his proposed move to Celtic but has been delayed due to Storm Eoin.
