Local qualifications start in May and will last throughout the summer with 357 places in all 50 states for boys and girls aged 7-15. The full schedule of qualifying events includes 10 noteworthy places for guests regional qualifications this fall for participants who forward: TPC Sawgrass, Whistling Straits, Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, Laurel Valley Golf Club, Valhalla Golf Club, Ridgewood Country Club, Pebble Beach Club, Pebble Beach Club, Golf Links, Hazeltine National Golf Club, Fields Ranch at PGA Frisco and Four Seasons Hualalai Resort.
The best contractors at the local level will go to subregional and regional qualifications in July/August and September/October, respectively. Of these qualifiers of 80 finalists – 40 boys and 40 girls – an invitation to compete in the national finals at the National Golf Club in August on Sunday, April 5, on the eve of the Masters 2026 tournament. Qualifications are facilitated by all 41 sections of PGA of America throughout the country.
Local qualifications start on May 2 in Master Lakes Golf Club in McALLEN, Texas. Full division and schedule Drive, Chip and Putt Qualifications are as follows:
Local (May-August): 357 Host sites in all 50 states; No more than 3 juniors will advance in each age category/sex from anywhere
Subregional (July-August): 64 Host sites; 2 juniors will advance in each age category/sex from anywhere
Regional (September-October): 10 host sites in 10 regions; 1 younger progress in each age/sex category from anywhere
National finals (April 5, 2026): 80 total participants at the August Golf Club
Regional qualifying events in September and October this year are to take place in 10 places of the host on the following dates:

- September 7: Whistling Strait; Sheboygan, Wisc.
- September 7: Pinehurst Resort & Country Club; Pinehurst, NC
- September 13: Laurel Valley Golf Club; Ligonier, PA.
- September 14: Valhalla Golf Club; Louisville, ky.
- September 20: The Ridgewood Country Club; Paramus, NJ
- September 21: Pebble Beach Golf Links; Pebble Beach, California.
- Octioner 5: Hazeltine National Golf Club; Chakka, minn.
- October 5: Fields Ranch in PGA FRISCO; Frisco, Texas
- October 5: Fousense Hoal Service; Kailua-Kon, Hawaii
