An amateur rugby match was abandoned after a huge quarrel in front of the audience.
The rack was spread when two opposition players were left to fight.
One, after playing for Gravsand, is alleged to have bribe Webridge’s coach, which is said to have hit him behind – the player scattered and broke his jaw.
Eyewitnesses said other players and family and friends in the touchline on Saturday afternoon.

One witness said: “What happened was an abusive, especially with the presence of kids.

A spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said: “We participated in the scene following the news of the face injury.
“One was evaluated and treated before taking the CHTSI’s St. Peter Hospital.”
A joint statement from both teams states: “There was an unfortunate event between Rids Weebridge RFC and Gravsand RFC that saw that a gravsand player was injured.
“The incident was properly dealt with by both club referees and peach-side medical assistance.
“We want our supporters to assure that the player seems to be on the way to recovery and both clubs are supporting all involved.
“The authorities were later informed about the incident.
“The management of both clubs has been working together and continues to continue but we will not make any more statement until all the investigation is over.”
