Ian White advanced to the second round of the World Darts Championship without playing. He was going to face it Sandro by Eric Sosinga in the first round on Friday afternoon, but the Asian darts player withdrew at the last minute due to health problems.
The Filipino was already at Alexandra Palace and preparing for the match against White. However, while throwing, Sosing suddenly felt discomfort in his chest.
Medical staff then examined Sosing and it was decided to further examine him. As a result, Sosing was forced to withdraw, and White received a free passage to the second round, which will be joined by Ritchie Edhouse on Sunday afternoon.
