Manchester United have reportedly received a huge bid for a “sensational” player who has now agreed personal terms on a deal.
Amorim looks to reinvent his team
Ruben Amorim is looking to leave his mark on the Manchester United squad, meaning a number of players could leave in the January transfer window, with three forwards likely to leave.
Marcus Rashford has made it clear he wants to leave his boyhood club, with Barcelona one of the clubs interested in the Englishman who has found game time hard to come by since Amorim’s arrival.
The Red Devils are also willing to let Anthony leave this month if they receive the right offer, and the Brazilian winger has been flattering and deceiving since arriving from Ajax.

Manchester United are looking for a new attacker to replace Marcus Rashford.
Alejandro Garnacho has regularly featured in the Premier League this season but there are now major doubts over the winger’s future at Old Trafford, with Chelsea becoming the latest club to hold talks over a deal.
Italy are also interested, with reports earlier this week detailing Napoli were prepared to raise their bid for the 20-year-old, who United value at £59m.
According to a new report from Tuttosport (via Sport Witness), the deal is currently progressing, Napoli submit €55m (£46m) bid for GrenacheThe deal was financed through the sale of Hvitsa Kvaratschlija to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Argentina international is said to have agreed contract terms with the Serie A side, suggesting he is keen on a move but may need to submit an improved offer to finalize a deal.
Manchester United’s asking price for the youngster remains at €70 million (£59 million), so there is still a certain gap between the two clubs’ offers.
Manchester United should sell Garnacho
It’s always a shame to see a player who has progressed through the youth ranks move into new territory, but if Ganaccio wants to leave, Amorim shouldn’t stop him.
The Argentine has shown some promising signs in a United shirt and was praised by journalist Michael Plant for his “sensational” performance against Aston Villa just over a year ago.
The left-winger has scored three Premier League goals this season but has been unable to cement his place in the starting XI, often being used as a substitute and failing to really make an impact since last season.
United should therefore look to cash in on Garnacho this month, with the £59m raised from his sale potentially allowing them to bring in a top-flight replacement better suited to Amorim’s plans.
