Italy coach Luciano Spalletti has advised Roma not to sell Paulo Dybala to Galatasaray, while Lorenzo Pellegrini remains ‘under observation’ for Nazionale.

“Everyone knows that Dybala is a player who can make the whole team work, because he has technique, he combines with everyone and he has quality whenever the ball comes to his feet,” said Spalletti.
“He’s got his eye on the goal. Maybe the thing he’s missing is a bit of physical strength, but he’s still a top player.”
After twice coaching Roma, would Spalletti advise his old club to keep or sell Dybala?
“It’s hard for me to say. I know Dybala is a great player and for a team that wants to build a winning mentality, it’s good to have a player like him.
Spalletti knows Roma better than most
Roma are struggling in general and their captain Lorenzo Pellegrini has been the worst affected by the constant change of management at the Stadio Olimpico.
Some fans took particular notice of him after he sacked Jose Mourinho and Daniele De Rossi.
“The situation Roma are going through is probably not helping him,” noted Spalletti.
“He’s a player who has quality, but at the moment Roma need to pick up points and so will inevitably try to be a bit more of a workman in certain situations and roles. Pellegrini is a player who is under observation at the moment, as he always has been.”
Pellegrini has 36 senior caps for Italy, scoring six goals in 10 matches with Spalletti as coach.
He missed the last three Nations League matches due to a muscle problem.
