Stephen Bunting is the winner of the 2025 competition Bahrain Dart Masters defeat Gerwyn’s price after a great final victory of 8:4.
“The Iceman” broke its average record minutes after being sealed, but it was “The Bullet” that reigned supreme on day one World Darts Series year, averaging 99, scoring five 180s, which is 47.1% in doubles after returning to the darting roadshow. He also crushed Chris Dobey, and on the last day he beat Luke Humphries after a great run.

Bunting missed the chance to break, but Price was forced to run around the board and failed to allow the former to take a 1-0 lead.
Bunting missed 70 to make it 2-0, but Price missed 170 and “The Bullet” doubled his lead. Price finally got on the board at 2-1, holding on to the shot.
Price missed two darts to break 91 and Bunting got back to 3-1. Bunting gave the bull an 85 for a 4-1 score. Price made a brilliant 85, reaching 25, bull on 4-2 down.
Price went berserk when he hit a double 10 at halftime with the score at 4-3. But on his return, Bunting hit 76 for 5-3. He hit a 180, leaving an 81, which he pinned for 6-3. At checkout 80, the price dropped 6-4.
Bunting broke to 7-4 and Price lost 148 points and from there he secured the victory and sealed the title. A popular winner after returning to the World Series. The action now heads towards Den Bosch next weekend with the Dutch Darts Masters.
In his first World Series in many years, he wins his first title in a year, giving him the opportunity he deserved based on his form over the last 18 months.
