These eight players moved into Final Stage of PDC European Q-School after Day One

The first eight players take part in the final phase of the PDC European Q School in Kalkar, headed by him Max Hope who will be looking to return to the main PDC route after several years of absence.

Hopp leads eight automatic qualifiers from day one, beating Patrick Tringler in the final. He’s joined by some interesting names, some old and some new.

Gilbert van der Meijden made the greatest impression today, and the Dutchman exceeded the score of 101 in the final round, defeating Maksymilian Czerwiński. He also qualifies directly. Just like Stefaan Henderyck, who added the Belgian to the team after defeating Benjamin Pratnemer.

Jeroen Mioch also came to an end. Just like the Czech star in Dalibor Smolik. The Spaniard will add Jorge Garcia del Pozo to the mix. The squad is completed by Leon Weber and Tomislav Rosandić from Croatia.

It was a mixed day for the big names. Many of them remain ready for the Order of Merit. These include hosts Benjamin Pratnemer, as well as Kai Gotthardt, Jarno Bottenberg, John Michael, Tytus Kanik and Cor Dekker.

Brian Raman is also competing, and Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Damian Mol are the two main characters who have a lot of work ahead of them to get to the final stage over the next two days, either to win the Order of Merit or outright.
