When it comes to training, Tiger Woods and John Daly may have what you call different approaches.

IN interview for Golf ChannelDaly recalls a time in 2004, during the Target World Challenge, when he was drinking adult beverages after a mid-morning Wednesday performance. Daly was with friends, drinking and telling stories at the club when Woods entered the room.

“Tiger is there in his training gear, and I said, ‘Tiger, come on, man, have a beer with us,’” Daly said.

Woods told Daly he couldn’t because he was going to the gym, but Daly wouldn’t budge.

“I’m coming, man, you don’t have to practice,” Daly said. – You have to drink some with us.

Woods’ reaction may not be what you expect.

“[Woods] he said, ‘If I had your talent, I’d do the same thing you do,'” Daly said. “I look at him and think, ‘You’re crazy, man.’”
